Atlas Finance is a ****. I paid up my loan in 2023 and now they are garnishing me for the same loan they sent me proof of payment for. How pathetic. I will be suing you should I not receive my salary. I have a paid up letter, proof of payment and communications that proof I settled my account. I label the garnish as ******* as no there were no summons from the court. All their documents they showed me have no dates nor signatures( they ****d to have numerously tried to approach me to settle the matter) I am reporting this to the consumer ombudsman and NCR
