********** debit orders- debited twice and no refund

I have never been this stressed out. I took a loan for R2500 at Marble Towers and I was assisted by Nthabiseng, Penny and Abbie. I agreed to pay the loan in one month and it was R3014.96 on the 25 July 2022. Then they debited twice and the R55 for the card which I paid manually for. I called for the refund,the **** and said in 48hours I would get it, instead I received a message stating that I did not pay my account and they are preparing for legal action against me and when I called customer care,they confirmed that I was owing them R3014.96. Both payments to them are on my statement.I'm sitting on a minus bank balance now,I could not even buy food at home.I don't think you understand the depression that you're causing people. You're cruel shame,robbing people of their hard-earned cash.
