False Hope

False hope.

I app**** for a payday loan and after sending all the paperwork I was told I have been approved for the amount of R1000 pay day loan and was given the amount I have to pay back they were just waiting for employment confirmation where I knew there would be no problem as I have been at the company for 10 years.

I have now been told I do not qualify for the loan and no reason has been given. How can they give us false hope rather tell me I do not qualify before they tell me I have been approved for a specific amount ridiculous
