Failure to Update Credit Record Despite Settlement Proof

This is by far the worst company to borrow money from. I took a loan with them, but after losing my job, I was unable to make payments for a few months. Three months later, I settled the full amount, yet they still haven’t updated my credit bureau status. I’ve sent them the paid-up letter and multiple follow-up emails, but I haven’t received any positive feedback. Their agents often disconnect calls, and my emails to *** go unanswered.
