EMPTY PROMISES

I Wrote to hellopeter this year regarding Atlas finance, I had a once off loan with them when I was a students and to my surprise they still appear on my credit profile when I check. they asked me early in January for my details to get such removed from the credit bureau and even till today they still have my record the same way. they have me classified as their client and still have an active status with them which I do not want to see on my profile. Johan Bosman doesn't answer my calls and doesn't respond to my mails. this people seem to only do a once off response to brash-off the comment on hellow peter. now I do not need any call but just for them to sort the matter out. I have already written to credit ombudsman since I am not going nowhere with this.
