Double deductions

Good day hello Peter I took a loan with Atlas finance in Kuilsriver branch, they did a double deductions on my bank account of which it was not our agreement. They have a horrible customer service I phoned them 3 times they told me my money will be paid back 2 days ago and I even went to the branch yesterday they told me same thing that I must wait my money will be paid back but still nothing even today, how am I supposed to pay my rent I supposed to pay it long time ago I'm really angry and disappointed Kuilsriver branch consultant are very unprofessional their customer service is horrible. I just want my money back in my bank account today!
