Double deduction

Been their client for few months this year and all their debit orders have been successfully going through now all of a sudden in July they deducted for June but the problem lays at where I never went again and now they deducted again in August in a form of them saying they don't see July debit order which resulted them to deduct again in August but on my bank statement it states they deducted and they " invistigated " as they say but they still say they can't reverse my money cause they don't see July debit order .I need assistance please cause I need that R2460
