Double debited my account and now they are unreachable and still waiting for my refund

I am extremely disappointed in the service I have been provide. The staff at the Worcester office was extremely helpful and friendly on the days when I app**** for my loan. Come December they deducted their installment from my bank account on the 15th. I went in to get a consolidate loan which the new installment was going to be deducted in Jan as agreed. With the new loan money I kept some aside for my children's school fee and registration as they are going to grade R and needed to pay that to secure their place. Come end of December Atlas finance deducted yet another installment from my account which took all my funds including my children school fees. It is now the 11th of Jan I am still trying to get my money back. At first I was asked to try and reverse the deduction which is impossible as it's done via debicheck. Then I struggled to get hold of someone to assist for days. Eventually I was given two numbers to contact which one just rings and I got through to someone on the second number and they told me I must wait until the 3rd of Jan when their head office open and then refunds will be processed as apparently they deducted double from multiple customers. She told me someone will contact me to confirm everything the Wednesday. I waited all day and no-one contacted me. I tried to call the numbers again and both just keep ringing with no answer. I eventually contacted the sales agent whom I app**** the loan with on whatsapp and she has been trying to assist me when she eventually got back to work but each time it's a different story of trying to get through to people. At first she I was told the refund was processed and it will be paid the next day, but nothing came. Now she can't get hold of anyone to help her because they not answering her calls. Very weird. Then I was again given the number to call which I did and as always it's just rings. I advised her that is my children's school fees money and to secure their spot and I I lose their places I will take legal action. I don't understand how this can be such an up and down when they were very eager to deduct when they weren't supposed to. I regret ever doing business with them because it was nice when I app**** and they got my business but now when it comes to after sale service, now they are unreachable. I need my money and won't stop until I get it and it must be this week as school opens next week, otherwise it's going to get ugly. Given this experience I wouldn't recommend doing business with them at all.
