Double debited

I open a loan with them begging of this months and found out that there is a VAP services which wasn't explain to me by ********* Ashleen one of their consultant

I ask the to be cancel which reduce my instalment from over R1300 to R1039

But to my surprise the amout R1349 and R1039 was debited from my account which make my instalment R2400 every months for a loan of R3000

The services is bad and wont advice anyone to ho and apply with them Ashleen she is one of the manipulated ********* that doesnt bother to explain anything to the client

Mellisa give ne assurance that the amount R1039 will be debited as she amended the VAP

Should this not be sorted out by tomorrow morning

I will have to take it further as i xan not pay Double debit for R3000 loan
