Double debit on my account

Good day hello Peter I took a loan with Atlas finance my debit order was on the 15th December 2022,they double debited my account,such a horrible service I got from Atlas tried going to the branch but I'm being sent from pillar to post , everytime I phone them the say they will get back to me ,how am I supposed to survive while they keeping my money,I'm really angry the mabopane central city branch consultant are very unprofessional their customer service is horrible, Atlas I want my money back asap or I'm taking you to the ombudsman for this poor service I get Tsietsi Mosia .
