Double Debit and VERY BAD SERVICE!!!
This my 3rd loan with this pathetic company and the first 2 laons I paid off, but now on 18/12/2022 two debit orders went of my account!! I have called everyday since then for a refund and every day the same excuses and with absolutely no feedback as to what is happening. I WILL be going to the Ombud and all social media platform there is were they advertise their company. The Bellville branch have the most *********** consultants I have ever came across!! I have been working in a client service call centre for 10 years and this is definitely NOT how you treat loyal, paying clients-go study your TCF manual again, if you even know what it is. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
