Double debit and bad service!!

Hi

My name is Prince and I have a problem. I was debited twice on the 22 December 2022 by Atlas and I went to the Vereeniging Branch to show them the bank statement. They told me the finance people will reverse my money; however they don't know when......till now i still don't have my money. I need to know when they will reverse my money back to my account!! I have also tried to call the Atlas customer care line, it just rings and rings...no one is answering!! This is unprofessional. I had a terrible Christmas and New year because of Atlas. they don't even communicate to apologies or let me know that they are dealing with the issue.
