DISSAPOINTING, INCOMPETENCE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM ATLAS FINANCE!!!

hello peter, I'm beyond disappointed and furious with Atlas Finance. Last year i took a loan from them and i finished paying it this year May. They were supposed to clear me and send me a paid letter, but they didn't. Now whenever I'm trying to open an account i get declined because they say I'm still owing atlas whereas i have paid them OFF. Every time when I call them and requesting the letter, they say they going to fix but they don't, and they don't pick up my calls. It's been 7 months and they still don't want to fix this issue. Their service is beyond terrible, and I request help because my credit is messed up because of them.
