Dishonest with Atlas Finance

I have a problem with Atlas Finance the one in Clairwood of not being transparent when giving out loans, I consulted their customer care of which Palesa was very helpful but my problem now is the last installment was to be end of April as per our agreement with Palesa then end of May the money was deducted from my account I then e mailed Palesa who promised to assist and only R615 was refunded to my account after that I emailed her again but now no one is responding it seems as if they don't care and they are not hearing my cries, is it how a customer is supposed to be treated! But what I have promised them i won't let this lie down up until I get my money, Ombudsman will only be the solution to this as I can tell many of their customers have been taken for a ride
