Disgusting and rude service

I took a 1 month loan from Atlas finance I was supposed to pay it on the 25th of November but because I'm on maternity leave I did not receive my salary because the paperwork was submitted late to the pay office. I called the customer care and explained my situation and that I'm going to get a November and December salary on the 31st and that they should debit their money on the 31st. Yesterday 19th my cousin deposited money into my account asking me to go and buy brides**** dresses for her and they debited that money when I called the branch the manager gave me a stinking attitude that she won't refund the money back because the loan was due on November and I've explained to her that I have called the customer to make the arrangements and she told me that they didn't give her a message. So who's problem is that exactly? The money debited is not even my money so how am I going to be assisted if the manager herself is so rude my cousin has got nothing to do with this it's her money that was debited and still the debit order is supposed to go on the 25th yesterday was the 19th. I would really not recommend this company to anyone especially the Benoni branch, I feel so disgusted. I want the money back into my account because it's not my money and debit their ****** money on the 31st of December as I have requested.
