Disappointment over atlas finance
I'm very disappointed with Atlas finance. It's my third month with my 4 month loan with them. We agreed on the 26th and this 22nd of June they just debited and mind you i have a function over the weekend and this money came from family members who trusted me with their money. When i woke this morning 1608 which was my installment was gone and i called my rep and he just apologized and offered me another loan instead. He told me that his head office refused to return my money as my payment date was the 26th.I asked for customer care contact details and he played hide and seek until i made my means of getting it. Imagine losing my dignity from my siblings about money deposited on my bank and it is my payment date that they can treat me like this.
The second lady told me that it will take 48 hours for the money to appear on my bank account and i refused because its gonna be very late on my plans.
The 3rd lady told me that they have 2 options for me
1,they make a new loan of 1600 and i h⁰ave to pay to pay the interest or I wait for 48 hours and most unfortunately theres no guarantee on my side that I will pay my loan on Monday which is my payday that we agreed upon when i signed the contract. They apologized on behalf of their salesman that failed to give me full information when i signed their contract.
Here I am now stuck in Butterworth with no answers to my family as to what did i do with the money for the ceremony
I'm in bed but can't sleep and the cellphone is ringing but cant answer it.
Ive lost myul confidence to Atlas and already told my close friends to think twice about engaging themselves with such heartless people .
