Disappointing service for financial provider
I've been trying to get hold of their debt review department for two weeks but failed, all the numbers I got are not answered the agents are forever busy and the reception is not answered as well. I was told my account is with Debt Tech but they also told me it is not with them. I've never been so frustrated just for a simple settlement letter

The level of customer care of this lady is top notch. she should in-service her colleagues about customer care. Thank you very much for your great and patient assistance keep it up.
