Disappointed client

After writing the review on this platform Atlas finance agent called and they said they have escalated the matter and it will take about 15 days to be updated , but my credit profile was updated this month already on clear score and their accounts still appears on my profile yet I paid them it seems like there is no sense of urgency when it comes to their clients
