Detailed paid up letter

I had a loan with the above mentioned company which i finished paying on the 25/11/2015,and i requested for a paid up letter which i did receive,and i thank them but the letter is not detailed enough,i then requested for a paid up letter to have the initial loan amount,the term of the loan,the date when it was take and paid up in full today before 14:00,as i need to finalise my bond application,but nothing yet from atlaa finance,they told me that they donot have a letter with such details i find this strange because what i need is printed on their loan contract and as a client they should be able to draft it,its now 14:35 pm and still nothing,i was ha[[y wth them but not anymore,i have sent several emails which i wish i could attach here,i sent emails to these people haba\
