Debited twice in one month

I went and took out a loan from atlas then I saw they didn't take their money, for 2 months in a row, I asked the lady who was assisting me I was told they don't know why coz usually they take it exactly on my debit date, NOW they debited me twice on today and I don't have a problem with them taking it but 2 installments in one month is really not what we agreed on. I want you guys to fix this, I don't have enough money for rent and food now, I need you to reverse my one month installment and take 1 installment every month like we agreed, I've been a very loyal customer ever since,Why do you do me like that? I need that money, TODAY
