Debited Twice

Atlas debited twice in December. No one seems to do anything to rectify the issue. I have tried to email *** on the 31 December 2025, I have tried calling head office, I went to the branch. They tell me that there are many of us who was debited twice…but why?

Atlas, the fact that we came to you for financial assistance it means that we already have financial burdens so why the hell would you debit the indebted person twice(19&31th)?
