Debited Twice and left with nothing from my salary

My experience was terrible,I borrowed money from Atlas Finance in March and they gave me a 3 months loan for R8 000 ,the Branch in Wynberg they were debiting R 4002 monthly,so before the last installment I called them to ask if i can get a top up loan they said I should come to their building,which I did,my loan was processed by a guy called Faik a big guy,he took forever,confirmed employment and they said they will cancel the other loan so that I pay one installment for 4 months on the new loan...they offered me R 4000 now on the 27 May 2019 ,R 4002 and R 2600 was debited on the same day by Atlas finance and I was left with nothing,when I went to the store they acknowledged Faik mistake and said they will process another top up Loan...but then they decided against it because I had another loan...mind you they have been giving me the other loans before with this existing loan but now that was their reason for declining after taking so much money in one month and it was their fault and their mistake...now I cant even affaord groceries,Money to pay creshe and money for petrol so that I can get to work,Can you kindly assist..please I dont know how I am going to survive the whole month,I was crying on my pay day I've never experienced something like this and they just asked next even though they acknowledged it was a lot of money deducted from me...over R 6000 was debited from me on the same day by Atlas Finance...I'm begging you with tears in my eyes...Please help me I don't have money even now.
