Debit Order after I paid up my Atlas loan

My name is Andrew Mashele I have a complaint related to Atlas Finance and my loan, of which I paid up my loan on 28 November 2022, and on 23 December 2022 when I received my salary I noticed that another debit order was made from my account to atlas of which I have paid up the loan in November 2022, The reason behind this I do not know, I tried calling them a couple of times with no response from December 21st, 2022. I would like to have an explanation or a refund of the amount debited after I paid up the loan. Cell ***.
