Debit for paid up account

I had a loan with atlas finance and I paid up my loan balance but money was deducted from my account today. I have been experiencing the problem of double debits every month from the first debit order and the refund process takes up to a week. After paying my balance I sent proof of payment and few days later I asked for an update. As usual, no one responded to my query and the debit order has not been cancelled. Can you please cancel the debit order and refund me the money that was taken.
