CREDIT PROFILE RUINED BY ATLAS FINANCE

In April of 2020 I took an online pay day loan from Atlas Finance. The loan was paid on April 28 2020. In July of 2020 when i checked my credit report it showed a default on a loan from Atlas Finance, I called them and they told me that it shows that the loan is paid off on their side, They even sent me a paid up letter, twice. They told me that it takes about 60 days for the credit bureau to update records so I should check again after 60 days. I checked again after the 60 days and again it showed that i defaulted on a loan from Atlas. I kept calling and asking and I was told the same thing over and over again. I then called Transunion and they told me to call Atlas and get them to send me a paid up letter for the correct loan. I called and they told me that the problem was with Trans Union and not them. I called them again last week and someone finally had the sense to transfer me to their online department, and i spoke to a lady that told me that she cannot pick up my details on their system. I told her I was assisted by Ashleen and she told me to send Ashleen an email and she would call me back. I am still waiting. Ashleen has not even has the decency to email me back. I am now being harassed by debt collection companies for a loan that was paid off. I have been trying to get this sorted since July 2020. I cannot get credit anywhere because no one wants to lend a defaulter. My credit profile has taken a serious knock, all because Atlas cannot do their jobs properly. Hopefully someone will call to assist, because my life is seriously at a standstill
