Bullsh#t service beyond belief...

Never in my life had I experienced such Sh#tty customer service as I have of late with Atlas Finance. They diposited the loan into the WRONG ACCOUNT. Admitted the fault lies with their consultant, yet refuses to repay the money into the correct account, stating that "we don't have more money", yet expecting me to uphold my end of the contract, to pay a loan I didnt receive????? And all this due to shielding their own internal negligence. I will be eacalating to the Ombudsman. Fu#k this sh#t. I have NEVER been treated this poorly, nor been blatantly ignored by the consultants, call cente AND the area manager...
