Breach of contract

I signed up for the debt review program that costs R6600. This was last year October but they only started deducting my monthly installment which was R1100 in November and my last payment was in April this year. I was promised to be out of debt review after 2 months from my first payment. However we are approaching the 8th month and that hasn't happened. All I get is excuses. My calls are not answered when I call their debt freeze department
