Breach of Contract

I have a loan with Atlas finance and they have been deducting the installment every month on the 25th of each month.<br> My Salary for December 2015 is on the 20th December , however they have deducted their installment on the 10 Dec 2016 already. almost 10 days earlier , No explanation , no adjustment to the interest for paying 10 days earlier , only offering me a new loan with new interest charges , is this the correct way of of doing business ? i think not , this must surely be brought to the ombudsman attention. All excuses under the sun not to reverse the money back to my account.<br>
