Being harrased
<p>I took a loan with atlas Finance in September 2013 and they were debiting my account. The loan was due to be paid up in July 2014. Now after 3yrs and couple of months i'm being harrased by their lawyers, asking me to pay for a loan which has been paid up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Funny part is the loan amount that I took in 2013 is the same as what they say I am owing, according to maths and compound, I should be owing more than what they are stating. I would like for someone from Atlas Finance to explain to me why if i am truely owing them, it took them 3yrs to call me and tell me I'm owing. Is it my fault that they are unable to administer their accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is just a ****m that Atlas finance is doing to people out there who are stupid enough to fall for this. I would like for Atlas to call their lawyers to stop harrassing me, if i do owe them indeed i would like a detailed statement, then i will make it a point to my back and draw statement to prove myself.</p>

Fundeka from Atlas Finance contacted me to let me know that their legal department has written off the so called loan I owe them after 3-4yrs. I asked her to email me ********** detailing what she was telling me, I further requested for a statement showing 0.00 amount.
