Bad treatment of customers from Atlas finance

On Monday morning I went to atlas finance in Brixton branch to apply for a loan on my arrival I enter the door which was wide open and the weather was not so good and I spoke to one of the staff ask for the door to be closed as it was too cold and the staff member told according to management instructions they are not supposed to close the door at all kind of weather I decided to leave as I was feeling very cold and there was no heat inside even for the staff as I realise they were feeling cold as for management of atlas finance kindly do something about this situation how can you allow your staff and your customers to stay in a cold place without any heater or hot airflow and also instructed them not to close the door when is too cold outside?
