Bad service please refund

I was debited three times on the 20th I went to Atlas branch at Selby which I was helped by the supervisor by the name of Bright she was very helpful she send the email on the 21th still the money is not refunded to my account, but my problem is some of my debit orders has came back as unpaid and I have things to by it's December tomorrow I have to go to KZN and its not like it's my fault that the was a system error on you guys side, And the problem when you call your call center you are told your money will be refund before close of business which is a lie you send a WhatsApp and no respond you also send a email to *** still no respond but you are told that is a quickest items of respond I think you guys has dropped the ball on this one, and once I'm finish paying up your loan I will never take a loan with you guys ever.
