Bad Service on its best

A few months back I went to Atlas Finance to take out a loan. First I qualify for R8000 and after they did a employment confirmation with my branch manager they told me that I only qualify for half of the amount. So I left, yesterday I went back as I needed money. Also asked for a certain amount, then they told me they must confirm employment with my HR with we struggled to get hold of, so they told me I must come back in an hours time, came back after 2 hours and the still hasn't got hold of him, I asked them nicely to please try again. Which they refused, I had to phone my branch manager and ask her to please ask the HR to phone Atlas Finance to please do a employment confirmation. After about 5 mins he phoned and did a confirmation. Then the told me again that I only qualify for half of what I wanted. Well I took it cause I needed money, then she brought me the contract and told me to sign, I told her that I first need to read through it, I don't know what I'm signing, then the consultant told me I must just sign she will give me a copy. Mean you don't just sign something. She didn't even told me when my first payment will go off. Won't recommend anyone to go there
