Bad service from Atlas Finance

I had a 3 months loan with Atlas finance but they are the worst. I changed my debit date last month as my salary date had changed, I sent them the letter from HR to prove that. On the 17th of October 2022 the debited me then on the 25th of October 2022 they debited me again, this is so inconveniecing and frustrating because I need to use this money for my other debit orders. Now they are taking time to refund me back my money, every day they are saying today, today, today. I want my money today and I don't advise anyone to take a loan with Atlas finance, they are so ***********.
