Bad Service, Double Debit

I am very very disappointed in this company and the service i have received, i now seem like a mad women for calling them every day to find out when i will receive my refund for a double debit they mad on my account and it have been more than 5 days calling and wasting my time only to be **** to every day. I WANT AND NEED MY MONEY BACK PLEASE 😭 and they still haven't even formally apologized or sent out any correspondence. THIS IS HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE, MY KIDS AND I ARE STARVING .....
