BAD SERVICE DELAYED RESPONSES

Very Poor service app****.Next day got a call back from a Naledi claiming ive been pre-approved for a certain amount over 6 month period pending my documents.Sent through docs immediately and waited like a whole week and needed to reapply because there credit vetting process failed.Another 3 days thereafter if I never did a follow up I never would have know the status of my application(btw still got declined) even after the reapplications & follow ups
