Bad service

I once took a loan with Atlas last year and then I settled the loan before end of the term (I was assisted by Mpume and Phindile and I kindly asked them to update on the system because I came and paid cash in their offices so that the system won't debit me come month end and the didn't update because the system did debit me and then they tried to ignore me so that I won't get my refund back until I wrote here on hello Peter so now still they didn't update their system because my name was handed over to the lawyers saying I still owe them and I have done request and follow ups asking them to close the account because I don't owe them anything and they don't so now my name is about to be blacklisted for something that I don't owe and no body wants to assist me now because I keep getting calls and sms from the lawyers saying I owe Atlas finance but whose fault is it that they did not update on time???
