Bad service

Iam very frustrated with atlas i paid off my two loans one in october 2023 and the other one February 2024.However I’m still listed on the credit bureaus i have tried to contact atlas with no luck Iam constantly being transferred from one department to the other than eventually they hang up.I went to the branch where i took the loans park central JHB and the manager there was very rude and told me that there is nothing he can do i must call head office the head office number is never answered.

I have the paid up letters but I’m still listed as a result I’m unable to buy a car cause the atlas loans are in arrears.

I need atlas to update my profile please
