Bad service

I am so disappointed at Atlas, they declined my loan because apparently they say I can't afford paying for it, how though when I get paid the amount of money I get,and I was planning on consolidating my other short term loans and deal with them only, not only are they taking time to remove my name with Xperian but they won't help me either.
