Bad experience

I was wrong with your service I did my first application for consolidation loan. An agents Called and email me to send supporting documents. I have send this company my documents. But every time when they come back to me they are asking me to do one thing over and over, sending documents. I feel like they should either inform you that you qualify or you don't qualify. Bad customer service. They all ask you to send documents to one email but they will reply with same email asking for documents again. And they will say agent will get back to you. Or they will say they have tried to call you.
