Bad Customer Service For Trying to Settle My Loan

I have a monthly loan with Atlas finance which was paid to me last month in March 2026.

I have called the customer care number on the 31st of March 2026 to get a settlement quote so I can pay off the loan and close it, in which I was advised that since the loan was taken online, they had to transfer me to the call centre to get the settlement quote which was fine, but when my call was transferred, the call rang till eventually going to voicemail.

I called the customer care back 2 additional times and I was transferred with the exact same results of my call just ringing until voicemail.

On my 4th attempt to customer care, I have advised the consultant Tebogo on what has happened, he then assisted and sent an email to *** and cc'd me in with all my details and my request for a settlement quote to pay my loan off on the 31st March.

I did not receive any acknowledgement or response from the request, I then sent a follow up email for feedback on the 1st April 2026 and up till today the 8th April 2026 I still have received no feedback or response regarding the settlement.

Today the 8th April, I have called customer care once again and advised them of my frustration of me wanting to pay my loan that I have been trying for over 1 week, they transferred my call to jhbcallcentre managers to assist, yet again the phone call rings until it cuts.

I have tried the WhatsApp chat support for Atlas and chatted to Jabulani for my request of a settlement, he called me and said he would transfer me to the correct department, and with no surprise the call just rang till eventually getting cut.

This is frustrating that I am trying to pay money back to Atlas to close my loan, yet all 3 customer support methods that you provide to your customers cannot help.

I need a simple settlement quote for my loan so I can pay off the debt and close this loan.
