Bad bad experience !!!

It was my first borrowing from Atlas and I had a horrible experience. I was debited twice in 1 day. I don't know why because i am not in arears. When i ask for a refund they tell me to wait for days. My car debit order was rejected because of their double debits, now i have to pay bank charges and the unpaid debit order of my car will have a negative impact in my credit record. This was my first time and last time borrowing from this company, they have ruined my whole december !!!
