bad bad bad service and no customer service

I am so annoyed and frustrated by Atlas and their attorneys LGR. I have settled my balance on the 25th of March 2024, on the 9th of March 2024 I was sent a debi-check mandate and I accepted it and on the 25th March it was paid. I have been speaking to Senamile Mbokazi sent her the proof of payment its over 2 weeks she has not got back to me with a clear response but they know how to list me on ITC and hand me over.
