Awaiting Commission

On the 31st July I referred a friend to atlas for a loan, I emailed his documents to the consultant and the loan was approved and paid, however am still awaiting for my commission. I asked about it and I was told it would be sent on the 15th August, the 15th came and again I was told it would happen month end, the last Friday of the month, the Friday was yesterday and still nothing. I texted the consultant again and now am being told it will happen on the 2nd Sept, all because the person who was supposed to claim forgot.

It isn’t fair that you advise clients to refer friends and family to earn commission but they get the run around when it has to be paid out. The branch we were at is the Atlas Harrison street
