Atlas very rude Managers I am still waiting for refund

Very unprofessional and rude Refiloe from head office, she said she’s a manager for customer services.They added a VAP family benefit which I don’t know and they forged my signature and processed the VAP they refunded me half my money but don’t want to refund the other loan VAP.Unfortunately they won’t receive any cent from me again.Sonja Area manager from KZN very unprofessional and does know her work I want my refund.have escalated the matter to Ombudsman and NCR
