Atlas suspension

I’m very disappointed in the way Atlas has treat me after being their customer for 2/3 years now. I was recently told I do not qualify for a loan as the company I work for has been suspended from their systems. Regardless of my employer being suspended, I was the one that paid for my loans on time and with no hassles but now I’m left stranded by them. If it was up to me the one start would’ve been no star. I tried calling their head office 3 days in a row on *** for more than an hour per day and to no avail, their lines are always busy.
