Atlas ruined my credit profile

Really disappointed... They messed up my credit score... I only recently found out while I was applying for a home loan that there's a strike against my profile..for late payments on my Atlas loan... they debit my account every month according too the agreement... but what I discovered is they would debit my account every month a few days before the set date..which was chalked up as a failed debit order... now my credit profile was ruined because for the past 5 months they have been doing this and it affected my credit profile and in turn caused me not to get a home loan... even updating Experia late showing I'm behind on payments... I was thinking of another loan ,but after this...no thank you... they will have too sort out this mess because they are DAMAGING MY NAME... if not I will make a noise..because this practice cripples peoples ability too move forward...
