Atlas loan application is a nightmare this time

I've been a loyal client for Atlas Finance online for several months now. They have been fast with their payments. It looks like things have changed. On Friday 25th September I app**** for another loan as usual, assisted by Portia. She did the approval fast and I then approved the debit order on my banking app. I was promised the money will be in my account by same day as usual. This time it's been s nightmare. It's the third day today that Atlas is holding me hostage, money still not paid into my account. I've done endless follow ups and was told it's a technical glitch that will be sorted soon, as if that's acceptable. I'm surprised that a big loan company like Atlas doesn't have a backup plan for technical glitches. This morning I was promised that a manual EFT will be done but it's been roughly 3 hours still nothing has been done. I app**** for this loan because of an emergency and I needed the money as in Friday already. But now Atlas is holding me hostage because I can't apply anywhere else when I've approved a debit order on my account for this non existent loan.
