Atlas is not a good company and they are very unprofessional

I had a loan with Atlas finance which was settled last month on the 15th of July 2025 , I requested for my paid up letter which was sent by their consultant from the Dobsonville branch Connie, I asked them to update with the credit bureau since the account is being paid up , they never did that when I call TransUnion for my credit report it's shows that I never paid the atlas account which is paid up. It says I have an outstanding balance of R8000 when I call the branch the consultant who was assisting me said there's nothing she can do as long as I've paid my account I should let this pass. I'm so angry because this affecting my ITC profile.

I'm tired of wasting my time with them ,I am going to escalate this matter to the national credit regulators aswell as the Ombudsman.
