Atlas *****ing

Hi I am extremely frustrated with this institute for the bad service they recently serving me I have been dealing with Atlas Finance for about a year and a half now which I decided I don't want to borrow money from them anymore.So I decided to settle all outstanding amounts owed to them.The consultant I dealt with re- assured me that they would stop debiting my account once I send them pop for the accounts I am settling to my dismay they debited my account twice this month for an account I settled and made arrangements that they stop debit orders as if that is not bad enough that they stole my money they are taking me Pilar to post with the refund the lady I spoke to yesterday Sonwabile promised to be in contact before 12pm yesterday to no avail it's appalling for such a big company to be *****ing from clients and not have proper systems to deal with they're own incompetence
