Atlas has debited me twice but I paid cash on the same month

Good day I was debited double by Atlas finance when trying to call them they don't respond they took all the balance I had on my account but the loan was already paid cash on the 23th of December and now they debited me twice on the 30th of Dec how come coz I had already paid cash on the 23th of dec
